Richmond Properties (UK) Limited is an NHBC registered house builder and has established a growing reputation for it's expertise in site aquisition compilation and planning, together with the coordination of difficult remediation projects, primarily on residential development sites. We employ a wide range of consultants, including national planning and traffic consultants as well as architects.

Richmond Properties (UK) Limited was established in 1990 by Wayne P. Low and in little over a decade this property development company has grown from a modest sole trader company, specialising in building new houses, to the diverse site project co-ordination and planning company it is today.

Richmond Properties (UK) Limited still retains its status as an NHBC registered house builder, but has now established a growing reputation for its expertise in site aquisition compilation and planning, together with the coordination of difficult remediation projects, primarily on residential development sites. To assist in achieving planning consents, the company now retains a wide range of consultants, including national planning and traffic consultants as well as architects.

Richmond Properties (UK) Limited does all the previously mentioned not only for its own projects but also for a wide variety of clients which range from small local builders to the large national house builders, gaining an ever increasing respect for its professionalism and efficiency in a highly competitive environment.

One of Richmond's earlier achievements was to rid the unfortunate eyesore, nicknamed "Little Beirut" (the former Butlins Holiday Park at Filey) from East Yorkshire. Because of how Richmond is structured, it is well placed to react quickly to market forces, dynamically and efficiently, to supply an even better service.
