The Nikki 2 bedroomed beach house designed and developed by Richmond Properties is now available for just £125k at the UK's premier coastal holiday village, The Bay Filey.
The Bondi development plan has been updated to accomodate 16 of the 2 bedroom wonder homes that are so popular at The Bay.
